Great final game played in scorching heat away at Chickerell.
Match report:
On Sunday 25th March, on a lovely warm and sunny day, Ringwood played Chickerell away.
At half time the score was 1 all; this was a tight game. Half way into the second half Ingram had scored his second goal! The score was 2-1 to Ringwood.
5 Minutes towards the end of the game one of the Chickerall players hand-balled the ball; this was a chance to change the score to 3-1. Ben Jones took the free kick but unfortunately he missed by a centimetre – ‘so close!’ this meant the score was still 2-1.
In the last minute Rhys had scored ending with a win to Ringwood of 3-1.
A great end to a great game and a great season – well done Ringwood!
